Fittle Project
In India 22 million people are visually impaired, most are unemployed because they can’t read: Braille learning tools are expensive and inaccessible.
To solve this, we produced Fittle – the first 3D printed Braille puzzle.
Each puzzle is divided in parts equal to the number of letters of a word. When connected, they form word and shape. From 3D printers in regional centers, puzzles are distributed for free through a network of 176 local centers across India to up to 2.5m patients. On the website, anyone can download the models.
